SCOPE OF WORK
1. general
1.1. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Work to be provided by the Contractor shall include the provision of all management, supervision, administration, technical expertise and support, skilled labour, materials, consumables, equipment, services, tools, and each and every item of expense necessary, other than that stipulated in the Contract Documents as provided by the Company, to complete the Work of this Contract.
2. ScHEDULE
2.1. Performance of the Work shall be in accordance with the following schedule:
2.1.1. Both tanks will be shipped to our Voisey’s Bay Mine Site as soon as practical.
3. Scope
3.1. Detailed Scope of Work to be performed by the Contractor shall include the following:
3.1.1. Contractor to supply two 20,000 liter ISO certified tanks of a 50/50 blend of methanol and water to be used at our Voisey’s Bay site for the dust suppression systems on our production drills.
3.1.2. The contract will be for the supply and upkeep of two water/methanol tanks on a rental basis for a three year period.
3.1.3. The contractor will be responsible for any regulatory requirements for the two units for the full extent of the contract. This includes, but not limited to, the accountability for inspection and maintenance of the tanks, recertification, tagging, labelling for transportation of dangerous goods, and any other such requirements.
3.1.4. Refill’s of tanks as required.
4. COMPANY FURNISHED SERVICES & FACILITIES
4.1. The Company will provide the Contractor, at no cost, specifically for the performance of the Work of this Contract, the following Services and Facilities:
