Contract Scope

<h1 style="margin: 3pt 0in 2pt 0.25in; page-break-after: auto; mso-pagination: none; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo2;">1. general</h1><ol style="list-style-type: decimal; direction: ltr;"><ol style="list-style-type: decimal;"><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Work to be provided by the Contractor shall include the provision of all management, supervision, administration, technical expertise and support, skilled labour, materials, consumables, equipment, services, tools, and each and every item of expense necessary, other than that stipulated in the Contract Documents as provided by the Company, to complete the Work of this Contract. </li></ol></ol><h1 style="margin: 3pt 0in 2pt 0.25in; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo2;">2. ScHEDULE </h1><h1 style="margin: 3pt 0in 2pt 17.85pt; text-indent: -17.85pt; mso-list: l3 level2 lfo2;">2.1. Scope </h1><ol style="list-style-type: decimal; direction: ltr;"><ol style="list-style-type: decimal;"><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">Detailed Scope of Work to be performed by the Contractor shall include the following:</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>Perform HP washing/cleaning to flotation cells, launderers, cyclone packs, pipe lines,tanks,pump boxes and any other equipment deemed necessary by the Vale Maintenance Department. Newfoundland Confined space/Fall arrest/First Aid trained personnel is mandatory. Proof of certification is required.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>All work required by this specification is to be completed by qualified and competent workers. Contractor is to provide all documentation pertaining to the qualifications of its personnel. Documentation of specific safety training and usage for HP washers - 10,000PSI will be required to be provided by supplier.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>All site safety regulations to be complied with throughout the duration of this contract. Contractor is to ensure work areas are kept tidy,free of clutter and accessible to the company personnel.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>The contractor shall take its day to day direction from the Company’s Industrial Maintenance service provider,site manager or designate..</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>Complete preparation and storage all maintenance of HP washer.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>Provision of a HP washer. Approx.. 10,000PSI; 8GPM: 600VOLT: To be a structured rental agreement, itemized separately. The unit may remain for extended periods on site. Rental agreement to include all maintenance and repairs.
