Contract Scope

<h1 style="margin: 3pt 0in 2pt 0.25in; page-break-after: auto; mso-pagination: none; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2;">1. general</h1> <ol style="list-style-type: decimal; direction: ltr;"><ol style="list-style-type: decimal;"><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Work to be provided by the Contractor shall include the provision of all management, supervision, administration, technical expertise and support, skilled labour, materials, consumables, equipment, services, tools, and each and every item of expense necessary, other than that stipulated in the Contract Documents as provided by the Company, to complete the Work of this Contract. </li></ol></ol> <h1 style="margin: 3pt 0in 2pt 0.25in; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2;">2. ScHEDULE </h1> <h1 style="margin: 3pt 0in 2pt 17.85pt; text-indent: -17.85pt; mso-list: l2 level2 lfo2;">2.1. Performance of the Work shall be in accordance with the following schedule:</h1> 2.1.1. Work Start: 1 JAN 2018 <ol style="list-style-type: decimal; direction: ltr;"><ol style="list-style-type: decimal;"><ol style="list-style-type: decimal;"><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">Work Complete: 1 JAN 2021 </li></ol></ol></ol> <h1 style="margin: 3pt 0in 2pt 0.25in; mso-list: l4 level1 lfo7; tab-stops: .5in;">3. Scope</h1> Detailed Scope of Work to be performed by the Contractor shall include the following: <ol style="list-style-type: decimal; direction: ltr;"><ol style="list-style-type: decimal;"><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">To be performed by service personnel certified, trained and qualified in the method of testing required, which could include: eddy current, magnetic, penetrant, radiographic and ultrasonic testing.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>Perform specified testing at selected areas throughout the mine site which will be determined with individual site visit work scopes.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>Scope of work may include, but is not limited to, X-Ray NDT on Tailings pipelines, X-Ray NDT on Sag Mill and Ball Mill shell, X-Ray NDT on Crusher Spider, Magnetic Flux Leakage tank inspections, etc.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>The Contractor shall have personnel who are certified to API 653 tank inspection.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>The Contractor shall have personnel who are CWB certified.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>The Contractor shall have personnel who are NACE certified to perform corrosion and coatings inspections.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>The Contractor shall be able to provide inspection and an engineer’s certification of lifting devices as required.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>The Contractor shall be able to provide advanced vibration analysis diagnostics as required by the site.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>Preliminary report to be submitted within one week of completion of the specific site visit work scope. </li></ol></ol> <h1 style="margin: 3pt 0in 2pt 0.25in; mso-list: l6 level1 lfo4;">4. COMPANY FURNISHED SERVICES & FACILITIES</h1> The Company will provide the Contractor, at no cost, specifically for the performance of the Work of this Contract, the following Services and Facilities: <ol style="list-style-type: decimal; direction: ltr;"><ol style="list-style-type: decimal;"><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">As per general contract</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 7pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'><p style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 9pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; margin-top: 2pt; margin-bottom: 2pt; mso-list: l3 level2 lfo5; tab-stops: list 27.0pt;'>Full access to assisting personnel and transportation to perform service activities.</li></ol></ol> <ol style="list-style-type: decimal; direction: ltr;"><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: bold;">Company furnished equipment & tools The Company will provide the Contractor, at no cost, specifically for the performance of the Work of this Contract, the following Equipment and Tools:</li></ol> <ol style="list-style-type: decimal; direction: ltr;"><ol style="list-style-type: decimal;"><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">The Contractor will provide own hand tools required to perform maintenance activities.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'><p style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 7pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0pt; mso-list: l7 level2 lfo6; tab-stops: list 27.0pt;'>The Contractor will supply all testing equipment and required consumables to complete the site specific work scope.</li></ol></ol> 6.
