Contract Scope

<ol style="list-style-type: decimal; direction: ltr;"><ol style="list-style-type: decimal;"><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Work to be provided by the Contractor shall include technical expertise and skilled labour to complete the work as necessary. </li></ol></ol><h1 style="margin: 3pt 0in 2pt 0.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .25in left 22.5pt;">2. ScHEDULE </h1><h1 style="margin: 3pt 0in 2pt 17.85pt; text-indent: -17.85pt; mso-list: l1 level2 lfo2; tab-stops: list .25in left 22.5pt;">2.1. Performance of the Work shall be in accordance with the following schedule:</h1> The work schedule at site is twelve hours per day, eighty-four hours per week. <h1 style="margin: 3pt 0in 2pt 0.25in; mso-list: none; tab-stops: 22.5pt;">3. Scope </h1><ol style="list-style-type: decimal; direction: ltr;"><ol style="list-style-type: decimal;"><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">Detailed Scope of Work to be performed by the Contractor shall include the following: This is to provide onsite technical services and support for our Hyster when required on an as needed basis. </li></ol></ol><h1 style="margin: 3pt 0in 2pt; text-indent: 0in; mso-list: none; tab-stops: 22.5pt;">4. COMPANY FURNISHED SERVICES & FACILITIES</h1>4.1. The Company will provide the Contractor, at no cost, specifically for the performance of the Work of this Contract, the following Services and Facilities:4.1.1. Accommodations and meals, lunch room, work shop.5. Company furnished equipment & tools 5.1. The Company will provide the Contractor, at no cost, specifically for the performance of the Work of this Contract, the following Equipment and Tools:<ol style="list-style-type: decimal; direction: ltr;"><ol style="list-style-type: decimal;"><ol style="list-style-type: decimal;"><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">Any equipment, personnel, and tools, needed to perform the related work. </li></ol></ol></ol> 6. COMPANY FURNISHED CONSUMABLES & MATERIALS 6.1. The Company will provide the Contractor, at no cost, specifically for the performance of the Work of this Contract, the following Equipment and Tools:All necessary PPE as noted in section B, Contractor SHE Minimum Standards page 1 of 6, all material and consumables necessary to perform the work.
