Contract Scope

<ol style="list-style-type: decimal; direction: ltr;"><ol style="list-style-type: decimal;"><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Work to be provided by the Contractor shall include the provision of all management, supervision, administration, technical expertise and support, skilled labour, materials, consumables, equipment, services, tools, and each and every item of expense necessary, other than that stipulated in the Contract Documents as provided by the Company, to complete the Work of this Contract. </li></ol></ol><h1 style="margin: 3pt 0in 2pt 0.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;">2. ScHEDULE </h1><h1 style="margin: 3pt 0in 2pt 17.85pt; text-indent: -17.85pt; mso-list: l1 level2 lfo2;">2.1. Performance of the Work shall be in accordance with the following schedule:</h1>2.1.1. Work Start: 1 MAR 2018<ol style="list-style-type: decimal; direction: ltr;"><ol style="list-style-type: decimal;"><ol style="list-style-type: decimal;"><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">Work Complete: 1 MAR 2023 </li></ol></ol></ol><h1 style="margin: 3pt 0in 2pt 0.25in; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo5; tab-stops: .5in;">3. Scope</h1>Detailed Scope of Work to be performed by the Contractor shall include the following: <ol style="list-style-type: decimal; direction: ltr;"><ol style="list-style-type: decimal;"><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">Proof of Certification according to the Newfoundland and Labrador Standard for Industrial Refrigeration; qualifications to install, service, inspect and provide maintenance and repair building air handling and air conditioning units including split A/C units, air ventilation humidifier systems.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>The contractor shall provide qualified technicians to repair refrigeration systems and equipment such as condensing units, compressors and evaporators.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>The contractor will be responsible to troubleshoot and repair all onsite air system units. Some duties of the job include connecting refrigeration lines, handling hazardous refrigerant substances, and checking systems and equipment for leak detection and be capable and qualified to read blue prints and manufacturers’ instructions to complete a job. The contractor shall provide proof of the following qualifications to perform leak testing: </li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>A certificate bearing a registration number wallet card signifying successful completion of the environment awareness course on regulated substances which has been accepted by Service NL.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>Registered by name in Service NL database with a registration number. Leak Testing:</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>The Contractor shall provide company with a survey of all air conditioning equipment on site which uses Halocarbon refrigerant and has a power rating of greater than 3 horsepower</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>The Contractor shall perform annual leak testing to equipment meeting the above criteria in accordance with CFC code of practice and Newfoundland Labrador Regulation 41/05 pertaining to Halocarbons.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>The Contractor shall provide company with a report listing the deficiencies discovered during the leak testing and a scope detailing the required repairs including required parts complete with part numbers.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>Contractor shall promptly repair and notify the company of any equipment discovered to be leaking and isolate and tag out the equipment until fit to use.</li><li style="'color:" rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'>Contractor shall attach tag to the leak tested equipment detailing date tested, technician’s name, registration number and results of the test.</li></ol></ol>
