Contract Scope
1.1. Performance of the Work shall be in accordance with the following schedule:
2.1.1. Work Start: April 2019
2.1.2. Work Complete: April 2024
3. Scope
Detailed Scope of Work to be performed by the Contractor shall include the following:
3.1. Hardness and Grindability Tests Work:
3.1.1. To be performed by service personnel certified, trained and qualified in the method of testing required, which would include: Rod Mill Work Index, Bond Work Index, Dropped Weight Tests, SAG Design, abrasion testing and chemical analysis.
3.1.2. Perform specified sample preparation including: Sorting sample, rocks for drop weight tests crushing and sieving for the above test work
3.1.3. Provide one technical report per set of samples submitted summarizing results and discussion in a electronic form.
4. COMPANY FURNISHED SERVICES & FACILITIES
Given the work is to be completed externally with no site visit from Contractor, the Company will not provide any Services and Facilities.
5. Company furnished equipment & tools
Given the work is to be completed externally with no site visit from Contractor, the Company will not provide any Equipment and Tools,
6. COMPANY FURNISHED CONSUMABLES & MATERIALS
The Company will provide the Contractor, at no cost, specifically for the performance of the Work of this Contract, the following Consumables and Materials:
6.1. The company will provide ~200kg of ore per sample
7. OTHER
7.1. The Contractor will dispose of the material at the end of project
