Contract Scope

    1. Detailed Scope of Work to be performed by the Contractor shall include the following:

      1. Contractor to provide factory trained maintenance personnel with extensive experience in commercial Kitchen and Laundry equipment repairs. Services to include but not limited to; repairs, maintenance, installation and technical recommendations of future repairs to maximize efficiency and minimize down time. 

      2. Equipment to be maintained includes but not limited to; Electric Ranges, Griddles, Milk Dispensers, Soda Dispenser, Kitchen Mixers, Fryers, Slicers, Dish Washers, Coolers, Industrial Washing Machines, and Dryers.

      3. Brands of equipment to maintain include but not limited to; Bunn, Silver King, Corneilius, Hobart, Garland, Vulcan, Frymaster, Alliance, Milnor, and Unimac.

      4. Contractor shall provide asset management of equipment which includes; tracking of service history, installations, warranty tracking, maintain online equipment manuals, recommended spare parts and equipment database.

      5. Company may wish to send smaller equipment to vendor facility for repairs such as coffee machines, toasters, to ensure cost efficiency

      6. Contractor required to be able to respond to maintenance service requests within one week after service is requested by company

      7. Maintenance service personnel to work shifts – days and nights as required for completion with timeline. Typical shift is two 12HR shifts/day 7 days/week or as directed by Company.

      8. Contractor to submit a service report and daily reports detailing all maintenance activities performed. Report must include recommendations, findings, suggested maintenance and future actions to improve reliability and reduce down time.

      9. The contractor shall take its day to day direction from the Company’s Maintenance management designate.

         

         

4.   COMPANY FURNISHED SERVICES & FACILITIES

4.1.      The Company will provide the Contractor, at no cost, specifically for the performance of the Work of this Contract, the following Services and Facilities:

4.1.1.Shipping of speciality tools and equipment from designed pick up and drop off locations if required or requested by Company for maintenance, repair or serving activities

    1. Full Camp Facilities (Meal and Lodging) 

    2. Travel from designated pick up and drop off locations.

    3. If not otherwise stated within, it is assumed that all other services & facilities not listed will be provided by Contractor.
