Contract Scope

1. Scope of Work to be performed by the contractor shall include technical expertise working on the following types of equipment:

   1. Mill Feed Conveyor

   2. Stockpile Feed Conveyor

   3. Pebble Crusher Discharge Conveyor

   4. Pebble Crusher Feed Conveyor

   5. Pebble #1 Return Conveyor

   6. Reclaim #1 Conveyor

   7. Reclaim #2 Conveyor

   8. Shiploader Conveyor

   9. Port Tripper Conveyor

   10. Eastern Deeps Picking Conveyor #1

   11. Eastern Deeps Picking Conveyor #2

   12. Eastern Deeps Incline Conveyor #1

   13. Eastern Deeps Incline Conveyor #2

   14. Eastern Deeps Stacker Conveyor

   15. Reid Brook Picking Conveyor #1

   16. Reid Brook Picking Conveyor #2

   17. Reid Brook Incline Conveyor

   18. Reid Brook Stacker Conveyor

   19. All other conveyor belting systems as required on site; surface and underground

        

2. Detailed Scope of Work to be performed by the contractor shall include the following:

   1. The Contractor shall provide conveyor belt splicing and repair services – required for all existing conveyor systems at site, both on surface and underground, in accordance with but not necessarily limited to the following:

   2. Vulcanized conveyor belt splices, and belt clip splice repairs in accordance with: Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) instructions, specifications, and product warranty provisions.

   3. As required, conveyor belt, conveyor roller and scraper repair, replacement and adjustment, conveyor pulley replacement and conveyor take up pulley and assembly repairs/replacements.

   4. The Contractor shall provide qualified supervision and competent field technicians to perform the work required (supervision shall be a working lead)
