Vale Newfoundland & Labrador Limited (Vale NL) are inviting submissions of an Expression of Interest for a potential opportunity to support the Voisey’s Bay Mine Expansion.  This package will cover the refurbishment of existing construction dock to allow use during Voisey’s Bay Mine Expansion construction. This includes the replacement of weather affected and ice damaged cribbing as well as the replacement of rip rap and granular fill that will be compacted.  Also, this will require that suitable tie points for barges and vessels to be installed.
