Vale Newfoundland & Labrador Limited (Vale NL) are inviting submissions of an Expression of Interest for a potential opportunity to support the Voisey’s Bay Mine Expansion.

Scope of Services:  This package will cover the requirement to mobilize all needed equipment, supplies and personnel for the construction activates to site preparation and earthwork for two portal areas and temporary accommodations complex.  The work generally comprises of site grubbing, earthworks, rock drilling, blasting, excavation, drainage, buried piping, grading, roads.  As well, this package will include installation and concrete slab foundations for the modular sewage treatment plant, water tank, potable water treatment unit, incinerator, relocation of a 24Kv electrical pole line and installation of the HDPE pond liner.
