<p>Vale Newfoundland & Labrador Limited (Vale NL) are inviting submissions of an Expression of Interest for a potential opportunity to support the Voisey’s Bay Mine Expansion Project in Voisey’s Bay, NL.</p><p><strong>Scope of Work</strong></p><p>This package identifies the services and system which are required from the Paste Backfill Design Engineer (PBDE) who will review all FEL 3 level engineering (IFD) for the paste plant and system and update or create new (IFD) drawings and complete a capital estimate -10% - +15 level accuracy. This package will also determine what further field or lab testing is required. </p>
