<p>The scope of work includes the design, fabrication, shop testing, supply and shall be complete including all materials and required hardware necessary to complete the assembly and commissioning of diesel generators and ancillary equipment required to support the expansion of the mine. Total new capacity requirements shall be approximately 29 MWe with generators operating at approximately 85% load and forming an N+2 power plant when combined with the existing power plant. Ancillary equipment includes, but is not limited to, cooling and exhaust gas heat recovery, heat exchangers, silencers, stacks, starting air compressors, receivers, switch gear, transformers, local engine control panels, unit control panels and supervisory control system.  A detailed custom engineering documentation package is required to enable Vale to complete the balance of the plant design.  Excludes foundations and buried services. </p>
