Contract Scope
Vale Newfoundland & Labrador Limited (Vale NL) are inviting submissions of an Expression of Interest for a potential opportunity to support the Voisey’s Bay Mine Expansion Project in Voisey’s Bay, NL.
Scope of Services:
The Kitchen and Dining Room Expansion shall accommodate the additional requirements for the VBME expansion . It shall include three separate areas of work.
Kitchen renovation including mainly additional kitchen equipment and some room renovations.
Addition of a two storey dining building including dining room, electrical room, washrooms, exercise room, multi-purpose, mechanical room and egress stairs. Modular construction preferred.
Addition to the existing refrigerated storage building of a new building with cooling and freezing chambers. Pre-engineered construction preferred.
The work includes design, supply, install, packaging, and commissioning. Excludes transportation, foundations, earthworks and services outside the battery limits.
