<p>Vale Newfoundland & Labrador Limited (Vale NL) are inviting submissions of an Expression of Interest for a potential opportunity to support the Voisey’s Bay Mine Expansion Project in Voisey’s Bay, NL.</p><p align="justify" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify"><span "Arial",sans-serif;'><font size="3"><font face="verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Refuge Stations (Underground, Portable) Mobile mine refuge chamber, fabricated from carbon steel form an outer shell of steel channels and a plate sit atop of two channels.  Lifting lugs are to be installed on the refuge chamber at the four corners and two locations along the centerline of the chamber. Additional points are located at the bottom corners and the end of the skids for horizontal movement of the chamber.  Chamber to be fitted with a dual sealing entry door with a window, Gas monitoring system to evaluate the internal and external air quality, Breathable air or Oxygen supply with carbondioxide scrubbing devices. Self-contained devices supplying breathable air or medical air (oxygen) and providing carbon dioxide (CO2) and carbon monoxide (CO) scrubbing. 48 hours of breathable air for the number of worker reasonable expected to use refuge chamber.</font> </font></span></p><p><br /></p>
