<p>Vale Newfoundland & Labrador Limited (Vale NL) are inviting submissions of an Expression of Interest for a potential opportunity to support the Voisey’s Bay Mine Expansion Project in Voisey’s Bay, NL</p><p> </p><p align="center" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: center; line-height: normal;"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span lang="EN-CA"><font face="Calibri" size="3">SCOPE OF WORK</font></span></strong></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-CA"><font face="Calibri"><font size="3">The Underground Process Control System will perform control, alarming, and historical trending for all devices associated with the underground mines.</font><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span><font size="3">The system will consist of controllers and I/O in environmental enclosures. Controllers will be located in e-houses on the surface at the portal areas and surface facilities areas, and I/O will be located underground. The system will also collect data from third-party vendor control systems.</font><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"></span><font size="3">Control and monitoring will be performed at the new Mining Control Room located in the service complex.</font></font></span></p>
