Vale Newfoundland & Labrador Limited (Vale NL) are inviting submissions of an Expression of Interest for a potential opportunity to support the Voisey’s Bay Mine Expansion Project in Voisey’s Bay, NL.       Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) Stations are required to be installed in the ramps on the service water lines in each ore body. Work covered under this specification consist of the design, manufacturing, inspections, testing, supply and guarantee of a complete PRV Station package including but not limited to, Pressure regulating Valves, Isolation Valve, Flow Transmitter, Pressure Transmitter, Safety Vales, Gauges, Support Structures and all the required fittings and associated accessories. The fully assembled PRV Station is to be shop tested, leak tested, and performance tested at full operating condition ranges.  The scope will mostly require pipe fabricators for steelwork, welding and pipe assembly which will be required.
