Vale Newfoundland & Labrador Limited (Vale NL) are inviting submissions of an Expression of Interest for a potential opportunity to support the Voisey’s Bay Mine Expansion Project in Voisey’s Bay, NL" "1000V In-the-Hole (ITH) rubber tire production drill. The unit shall be equipped with an ITH drill, Rod Handling System (RHS), and 4.0 m feed. The unit shall be capable of drilling up to 127mm diameter holes.  The drill shall be capable of drilling to a hole depth of 51mm from one setup (63m as an option).  The unit shall be highly automated, with the ability to be operated without an operator present.  The engine shall be Tier4f to meet local regulations
