The units will be operating underground and on surface, requiring the cab to be enclosed with full doors and the rear passenger seating to be enclosed. Mine Rescue Vehicle shall be equipped with an emergency stretcher package hold secure system. Mine Rescue vehicle shall have heavy duty full wrap ‘Bull” (Bumper) bar on front of vehicle mounted to chassis.  Each Mine Rescue vehicle shall be fitted with a 12,000lbs Warn HD winch (with remote) mounted on center of Bull” (Bumper) bar.</span></li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; tab-stops: list 1.0in; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l0 level2 lfo1;"><span style="'color:" black; font-family: "Arial",sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;'>Mine Rescue Vehicle shall include two (2) thermal cameras and one (1) video camera.  One thermal camera will be installed at front. One thermal camera and will be installed at rear. One will be installed as a video backup camera. </span></li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; tab-stops: list 1.0in; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l0 level2 lfo1;"><span style="'color:" black; font-family: "Arial",sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;'>Mine Rescue Vehicle shall include front cab monitors. Two (2) 7” monitors will be installed in the front cab of the vehicles, one monitor will be installed on upper front dash on a 12” Flexible RAM Mount for display of thermal camera image and one monitor to be installed on the doghouse area on a 12” Flexible RAM Mount for display of gas detector/temp sensor data.   A selector switch will be provided in the front dash to select between the three (3) cameras. A third 10”monitor will be installed in the rear compartment of the mine rescue vehicle. This monitor will also display the four (4) gas & temperature data. </span></li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; tab-stops: list 1.0in; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l0 level2 lfo1;"><span style="'color:" black; font-family: "Arial",sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;'>Mine Rescue Vehicle shall include an electronic control module complete with battery backup. The electronic control module manages the video signal from the two cameras and the gas detector information and display the information data on the screen monitors.
