<p>Vale Newfoundland & Labrador Limited (Vale NL) are inviting submissions of an Expression of Interest for a potential opportunity to support the Voisey’s Bay Mine Expansion Project in Voisey’s Bay, NL. </p><p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> <font face="Calibri" size="3">This EOI is for the supply of pastefill binder. Binder is a 90%-10% slag-cement mix. This package is for a single delivery for the first year of operation with the potential to be extended for ongoing supply.  This package may include delivery, which shall be shipped to site between July and September and with multiple shipments, preferably bi-annually. Delivery to site is by boat with an on-board offloading system.</font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> <font face="Calibri" size="3">Proponents shall indicate the following:</font></font></p><ul><li><span "Times New Roman";'><font face="Calibri" size="3">Ability to supply the required binder</font></span></li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"><span "Times New Roman";'>Current minimum and maximum volumetric available quantities that can be supplied between July and Sept 2020 (and annually if applicable).</span></li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"><span "Times New Roman";'>Binder production/storage location </span></li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"><span "Times New Roman";'>If the proponent is able to provide shipping direct to site, indicate the capacity of the vessel and method of onboard offloading</span></li></ul>
