<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> Contract Scope</font></p><p>Vale Newfoundland & Labrador Limited (Vale NL) are inviting submissions of an Expression of Interest for a potential opportunity to support the Voisey's Bay Mine Expansion Project in Voisey's Bay NL -  </p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">Supply of six (6) units of diversion valves (ConForms, 200mmNPS X 0.5” wt, UT600 Triple, 809 Ports, Newmont Leeville), Three (3) units of hydraulic powerpacks and the enclosure buildings described below and delivery of the packages to port of QB.</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> <br /></font></p><ol style="list-style-type: decimal; direction: ltr"><li style="color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"><p style="color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0pt">Two (2) of the diversion valves and one powerpack will be supplied loose. </p></li><li rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman",serif; font-size: 12pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'><p rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman",serif; font-size: 12pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;'>Two (2) diversion valve and one powerpack shall be installed in a modularized pre-engineered building (including electrical, instrumentation, piping, sump pump) called Transfer Station(TS). </p></li><li rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman",serif; font-size: 12pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'><p rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman",serif; font-size: 12pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;'>Two (2) diversion valve and one powerpack shall be installed in a modularized pre-engineered building (including internal electrical, instrumentation, piping, sump pump) called Flush Station (FH). </p></li></ol><p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> <br /></font></p>
