Vale Newfoundland & Labrador Limited (Vale NL) are inviting submissions of an Expression of Interest for a potential opportunity to support the Voisey’s Bay Mine Expansion Project in Voisey’s Bay, NL

The Voisey’s Bay Mine Expansion Project will require Sandvik DU412i-compatible drill hammers, drill pipe and bits. This includes but is not limited to: RH510 100mm (4in) Hammer Set #24 Cubex Pin with a 4-way 76mm Modified Top Sub; M40 115mm (4.5in) CC 2/8 14S/14S DP65 concave faced, button bits; M40 152mm (6in) CC 2/8 16S/13S XT48 concave faced, button casing bits; 89mm outer diameter, 6.3mm wall thickness, 1829mm length Sandvik #24 Cubex Thread, Auto Feed compatible drill pipe with four way wrench flats. In addition to the drill hammer, pipe and bit the project will require spare parts, tools and accessories including but not limited to: stabilizer pipes; top subs; seal kits; rebuild kits; hammer lifting bails; hammer service kits; assembly tools; and bit grinding tools and accessories
